Good food & location. The staff were well mannered and responded fast to requests.

The windows (from outside )were not at all clean. The ground outside the room were not clean. The wash room did not have proper exhaust causing smell. The naphthalin balls for cockroach had an unpleasant smell in the room.

The room was good.

I ordered food for dinner. The price on the menu didn't match the price on receipt received with food. It was infact lesser than expected. But the next morning, while paying the food bill, the little reception boy charged me a different amount, saying the receipt was wrong and the price on the menu was old. So I ended up paying extra. Overall, the amount wasn't the issue, but the way it was all handled was very unprofessional. The reception boy even took the food payment in his own personal account even when he had the hotel's QR right next to him. Otherwise, a good place to stay.
