"Value for money, convenient, and clean"

Decent rooms. Clean linen and polite, helpful staff. Convenient location, close to DY Patil Stadium - I just walked back after a concert, skipped the terrible jams - just took 25 mins.

Rooms are good

Reception staffs are illiterate and fraud. Charged my dad extra and post booking cab for airport drop @Rs920/ asked to pay 1500/-. Totally unprofessional

The location

They hiked the price almost 4x since it was the weekend that coldplay visited. Paying 16k for a substandard hotel for 1 night is a loot.

I was forced to evacuate room at 11am , my request for more than one hour , is turndown strictly, not concided, it's not fair.

"Bad experience. Not all value for the money I paid."

Property is in bad condition, very low condition room and the charges are too high. I was told it's a premium room for booking.com but standard and premium room had no difference at all. Towels were very bad. Bed had smell and didn't look at all the standards it talks. Looks like I was charged higher then comitted.

Bathroom was not really clean. Bed sheets were not cleaned and had stains.
