Staff were very friendly and helpful. We highly recommend this place to everyone who is looking for high-quality service, friendly staff, and a great experience. The view from the room is unbelievable!

It was quiet.

A small room with no view whatsoever.

Close to the port.

It was cold in the restaurant and in the room. Breakfast is after 8 a.m., but they offered us eggs when we finished eating.

Le petit déjeuner n'était pas top, il y avait peu de produits frais, le pain par exemple était industriel. Mais la chambre était incroyable, la literie parfaite.

Colazione migliorabile con tavolo più grande , manca tostapane e scelta di pane , spremuta "vera" . Vista bellissima sul lago - Ristorante molto gentili - Ambientazione camere gradevole , ristorante freddino . In generale Molto gentili - immagino che in primavera e destate sia una delizia soggiornare all'Helvetia .

Ovviamente è un gesto personale , un po' minimal il ristorante compensata dalla gentilezza del personale e sicuramente dalla natura in primavera-estate

Jestem zachwycona zarówno hotelem, jak i jego położeniem. Pobyt na małej wysepce był wisienką na torcie a sam hotel oceniam rewelacyjnie. Przemiła obsługa, czysto, gustownie, ekskluzywnie. Bardzo polecam🤩

Great location overlooking the lake. Clean, comfortable, has character. Staff friendly and helpful.
