Locanda Il Carugio

We absolutely loved the place and breakfast! We looked forward to eating a fresh and delicious breakfast every morning overlooking the beautiful view. It was an amazing experience. Giulia and Gianpaulo were both very sweet and helpful with our stay and exploring Cinque Terre.

The best part of the stay was that people were extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating. Since we were coming late they had made arrangements to pick us up and even dropped us off because it was heavily pouring on the day we left. The views were exhilarating. My wife had one of those days when she eats completely vegetarian and they took care of the food and served her vegan dishes. Room was spacious and clean and neatly maintained. It was a genuinely super experience and we would love to visit again.

Even if in Corneglia are not so many things to do, the owner told us about something interesting and recommended us restaurants and bars where we could take the dinner. Locanda il carugio is one of the best proprieties where I have stayed with one of the best stuff. Thank you

Brand new rooms, ultra modern design, delicious food, walking distance from the train station (you also have a shuttle). The owners Giulia and Gianpaolo are very friendly and take care of everything you need. I highly recommend!

Clean, spacious well equipped. Every detail to a guest’s stay had been considered. Breakfast was excellent on the terrace. The owners could not be more helpful in ensuring our stay was perfect, not only in the accommodation but recommendations for trips etc.

Absolutely nothing!

The whole experience was just amazing. The hosts are wonderful, the breakfast is brilliant and the room (I can of course only speak for ours) was extremely comfortable. They care about the environment so there are soap and shampoo bars and a water machine in the lobby which is praiseworthy. Also, there is parking immediately outside if you arrive by car, which can be extra valuable during peak season. It is a few hundred metres from the historic streets, but that was a pro rather than a con since it meant peace and space too. We cannot recommend highly enough.

Breakfast was AMAZING! Eggs perfectly cooked, fresh croissant and juice from oranges from the garden. Friendly and helpful people who really care about giving great quality experiences to their guests.

Can't think of a single thing we didn't like!!

The location was amazing, the room was super comfortable and good value for the location. Breakfast was delicious. Parking was perfect. The staff were super friendly and helpful. It only goes up to 10 but this rating is an 11.
