"This villa is all about the great location"

Loved the location and the small balcony that overlooked the bustling laneways. Bed was comfortable and room was small, but authentic Italian furnishings.

"Great place for a long weekend"

Great location, nicely decorated and clean room, and very friendly hosts.

We tried breakfast one morning, but the facilities are not adequate for offering yoghurt and fresh cheese. I would also prefer cakes and rolls to be covered because of the warm Italian climate. The breakfast room is nice and the service very friendly. Due to the great location, there are plenty of alternatives in the area.

The staff were really helpful and polite. The location was superb and very central to all of Bologne.

The breakfast was reasonable, but you ask the staff for hot water for tea and milk, which we found odd. Not suitable for people with mobility issues.
