Beautiful, felt like we were staying in a museum! Well maintained even though it is an older property, had so much personality and flair! The staff was magnificent and accommodating, we had issues with lost luggage and they made local calls for us and gave us complimentary extra hour check out time since we had to taxi to and from airport to pick them up on our check out day. The hotel was centrally located in beautiful walkable Bologna! Our stay was too short but positively memorable!!!! We will be back!!!
