What a beautiful hotel and extremely friendly staff. Beautiful room and an excellent location. The room was so cute and very Venetian. Clean and comfortable and plenty of room. Right near to everything.

You have to climb the step to the first floor to reception. Not an issue but my suitcase got heavier and heavier as my holiday went on. The green carpet on the steps to reception in places wasn’t totally secure with the metal rails and I was worried about tripping at times.

Fantastic location, comfortable rooms, lovely staff, good breakfast. Would be more than happy to book again

Not a problem for myself but there is one flight of steps to access the property, this might be an issue for some. There was a large wardrobe in the room but it was locked and inaccessible.

Difícil llegar con maletas a subir escaleras aunque fuera un piso. Por lo que pagué, esperaba más, especialmente porque todo se sentía viejo y empolvado

Location

So many steep stairs. No view. Super tiny room. Sound carries. Water hammer one night that woke us up and went on at 3 am for a long time. No ambience in teeny breakfast room. Some quiet music might be nice. No place to just relax away from the room or out in the busy city beyond the doors. Just your bed to sit on. A comfortable sitting room for guests would be nice.
