Great location for visiting the sights but quite a walk to the train. Interesting and busy market scene close at hand but the room was very quiet, with good airconditioning. The very pleasant staff gave us a late checkout and a place to work, as we had an online call which only finished at 12.30

Situation exceptionnelle dans une petite rue du centre ville. Le bâtiment a du charme et la chambre est cosy. Accueil sympa.

Rapport prix prestations assez élevé. Si vous venez en voiture, le parking le plus proche est fort éloigné et ça peut être un problème avec les bagages en cas de forte chaleur.

The hotel is in a great location, in the middle of everything, surrounded by restaurants and shops. Everything we wanted to do in Bologna was walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful during our stay.

The thing that I disliked the most was how we were treated after we checked out. The evening before we left, we told the front desk we'd need a taxi at 7:30 am. They said to come to the desk by 7:00 because it can take some time to find a taxi and for it to reach the area. I was at the desk at 7:00, but nobody was there. We waited several minutes and decided we would walk to the train station. I sent a message to the hotel through Booking.com to tell them we had checked out and left, and the reply, which wasn't friendly at all, was that we hadn't left our room key and would be charged. I explained what the rep the evening before had told us, and said that in my rush to get to the station on time, I hadn't thought of that. They were unsympathetic and said their desk doesn't open until 8:00. So why did the evening rep say I could stop by at 7:00? The room was on the level of the lobby, which was one level above the street. At night, activity on the streets was audible in the room and kept us awake. One night, a loud conversation in the lobby disturbed our sleep. And our last night, the guests next door left their TV on all night at full volume. So if you want to get restful sleep, consider staying somewhere else. If that's not a priority, this is a great place to stay. Just don't forget to leave your room key when you check out.

Lage, Lage, Lage. Direkt im Altstadtzentrum zu übernachten, was besseres können wir uns nicht vorstellen. Zimmer, Betten, Klimaanlage ok, Duschtüren schließen nicht ganz (schon alt). Ein kleines, älteres Hotel halt, für uns war es aber in Ordnung Der Frühstücksraum ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig (Randtische ok, Tisch in der Mitte für die Sessel etwas zu hoch), von drei Seiten kommt man aus dem Zimmerflur mit jeweils 3 Zimmern direkt in den Frühstücksraum. Das Frühstücksangebot eher einfach. Aber auch damit hatten wir kein Problem, da uns die Lage für alles entschädigte.

We didn't have breakfast but the location of this hotel is excellent, right in the heart of the food district. The room was a great size with a nice well appointed bathroom. Bed could have been a bit more comfortable but the room was lovely and quiet given it's buzzing location. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We were offered an early check in without even being asked and offered assistance with restaurant bookings.

Overall we had a great stay. However the comforter on the bed was quite smelly and I think they are probably not changed between guests. I am sure it would have been replaced if we'd asked, but we jut put in on the floor and ignored it!!

La posizione è centralissima, tutto comodo a portata di mano. Il parcheggio è a 10 minuti a piedi. Il personale della reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Allotjament pintoresc, molt ben situat però potser necessita alguna petita actualització. Personal super amable i esmorçar sense gaires excesos.
