The location, warm welcome, helpful staff, comfortable bed, attractive interiors, nice toiletries

Just a couple minor issues: drain stopper on bidet wasn’t functioning correctly, ; and I wish European hotels would provide face cloths, often lacking

Location. Right in the centre of the old town Excellent air conditioning Helpful receptionist

Reception is up a stairway from the street. Difficult with luggage. The room was smaller than the images conveyed with some sound leakage from the next door room - however it was a beautiful old building full of character so that's a reasonable trade off

l'emplacement de l'hôtel était parfait, au centre de la ville le petit déjeuner est correct il y a de nombreuses marches pour entrer dans l'hôtel, compliqué pour les personnes ayant des difficultés pour se déplacer

par contre, l'hôtel étant situé en plein quartier du marché, il y a beaucoup de bruit pendant la nuit et surtout très tôt le matin on avait demandé un petit déjeuner à emporter le dernier jour mais cela n'a pas été possible taxes de séjour très élevées
