Hotel Ansitz Jakoberhof

A fantastic experience, this family run hotel definitely is worthy of its 4* rating. Located a little out of town, but with free bus pass for service to Ortisei’s center, the brother and sister owners are so nice and deliver wonderful service. The small, but useful spa in the basement has steam, sauna and a pool that provides excellent therapy after a long day of hiking. The breakfast buffet is sumptous and the evening meal varied between buffet style and 5-7 courses with choices - a bargain at €40 per person. If you do stay here, try to arrange a wine tasting with the brother/owner. There’s a lovely wine cellar tasting area and he has an extensive collection of local wines not seen outside the region. The rooms are large and comfortable with balcony views of the mountains.

Chagrijnige en niet meedenkende eigenaren. Geen gezellige ambiance., vieze schimmelranden aan de douchedeuren, veeouderde badkamer, en bijna geen licht in de kamer, superklein raam.

Leuke inrichting zeer traditioneel, gemaakt door de vader van de eigenaar, mooie plek , mooiste iitzicht van t dorp
