Hotel Ansitz Jakoberhof

The property is tucked away from the hustle and bustle of the city, a top a hill with gorgeous views! The rooms were neat, clean and perfect! We also thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast there! There is a bus that runs every hour if you are using public transport (355.1)! We were extremely glad to have received the südtriol day pass for our stay from the property which helped us get to and from our hotel!

The location can be hard to get to as the walk is a bit uphill! However the property helps you even rent bikes or use the südtriol mobile pass - so it’s not that much of a problem but something to keep in mind to plan

There was a stunning view of the mountains and meadows from the property. The staff were very helpful, everything was extremely clean, and the service was excellent. I would highly recommend this place—there’s no better property in Ortisei, especially given how close it is to most of the attractions.

Absolutely nothing.

We have spent several Christmas weeks at this lovely hotel. The hotel is located on the sunny side of Ortisei and we do wake up in the mornings to a beautiful view. The rooms are spacious and very nice, and we do appreciate the food served. The hotel is big enough to give us all the facilities we need, but "small" enough to secure a familiar charm with Andrea and Markus as our attentive, nice and professional hosts. We are looking forward to spending the 2024 Christmas week at this hotel in a couple of months!

Cozy, family run hotel with lovely woodwork throughout. Bus stop outside hotel, but free parking was very convenient. Pool/sauna/steam room was a relaxing component. We enjoyed table tennis in the game room. Salad buffet at dinner and breakfast buffet were very good. Fool selection was varied, with Bavarian flair. Rooms, though a bit dimly lit, were very clean. We enjoyed the Mountain views from our balcony.

The buffet breakfast and antipasto/salad at dinner was amazing. The view to the mountains was spectacular. The local bus stop is right out front.

The last bus from town to to the accommodation is at 19:00, so you’ll need a car if you want to stay in town during the evening. The walk is all uphill and about 2km. The meals in the restaurant are excellent.

Rude/direct when asking for extra slippers.

A lovely family hotel with a cosy ambiance. We had the room with a view over the mountains, which is breathtaking. The food and wines are amazing. The staff is very friendly. We will certainly book again. Ortisei is the perfect place if you want to ski the Seceda (to Ortisei and Sankt Christina) and the Seiser Alm. Of course you can also go to the Sella Ronda, this is a bit further but also very doable. From the hotel you can take the bus to Ortisei, it goes every 30 minutes in the morning and afternoon. It will drop you off at the gondolas. Works great. We really recommend this stay!

The service is excellent and all the staff are kind and friendly, especially the gentleman of the reception. We spent a perfect night and morning there.

We have no idea before that the hotel does not provide disposable items so we didn’t bring tooth paste with us. However the receptionist lent us his. That’s sooooo nice of him ToT

The location is really nice , we choose this hotel for the view it offers. But..

one of the reasons I chose this hotel was that it had a very beautiful view from the outside tables, and I wanted to have breakfast outside with the beautiful view, but the waiters said that we have our place inside and we can't even choose a seat by the window, I think the Italians have something about the seats at the table, they don't let you sit where you want even if the restaurant is empty. very strange
