Have stayed there many times before. Familiar and good location.

Neither of the shower heads were working well. Lovely room but bathroom becoming a bit dated.

Great location Room was amazing Well decorated to 5* standard

Parking but we managed on the road opposite

Perfect location to visit the town close to all amenities. The room is beautiful and nice touch to get a complementary mini bottle of Sherry ( not sure how many people like it, but nice touch). Nice bedding and towels etc.

Car parking could be an issue in peak season. I suggest better instructions or a warning given before booking. We also didn't like not having a door to the bathroom. With a little imagination, this should be added to complete the comfort and style of the room. The front door bad is temperamental. Once you know its OK, but if you try to access for the first time, on a cold, rainy day as we did, it is no fun! The emergency contact number also took some time to answer. I suggest this is fixed or at least place a little notice near the entry pad.

The easy access into the property. I loved the comfort of the room and the bed. I love to the Location. It was incredible to be right in town. I would never change that and adored this house.

The only negative was that the Wi-Fi was spotty. Also, I feel like some people may be frustrated that they only had a tub in my room and you could sit in the tub and use a handheld to wash your body and hair.

A little on the small side

Simple instructions for entering the property and the room with the codes, very smooth process.

The room wasn't very clean. A lot of dust on the surfaces, coffee granules on the drinks tray and so the cups had them on the rim as they are placed upside down. A lot of scale on the bath taps.

I booked the break for my son and his wife . They have a four month old . They arrived with baby on a cold wet rainy night after a three hour drive .

The hotel owners showed little latitude or kindness as they had taken their baby without realising it was an adult only hotel . . They were shown no sympathyor hospitality and sent out into a cold wet night with a four month old to find another hotel . Absolutely disgusting !
