乾淨且設備貼心，非常適合小家庭居住

There was lots of space, a nice big closet, beds and pillows were comfortable, the washing machine and dryer function in the bathroom worked great for us. It was really nice to have some extra towels, toiletries and garbage bags at reception. They also had umbrellas for us to borrow which was helpful.

I wish that there was another garbage or recycling bin in the kitchen so we could separate them properly. Also many times we went to dispose of the garbage and plastic bottles and the bins were overflowing with no space for ours. It would also we good to have a dish rack and maybe some paper towels to dry dishes

TV가 고장나있어서 방을 바꿔달라했으나 만석이라 안된다며 거절당했다. 아이와 함께하는 가족여행이라 세탁기가 설치된 방임을 확인하고 예약했는데 세탁기필터(통돌이형)가 첨부한 사진의 상태로 최악이었다. 조리시설이 있는것을 확인하고 예약했으나 인덕션 바로위에 필터가 먼지가 가득해 사용할 수 없었다. 시설들을 이용하기 위해 결제했는데 이용하지 못한것이다. HIZ는 어떤 피해보상도 거부했다. 이번 10일간의 교토여행에서 4일간의 HIZ는 우리에게 최악의 기억으로 남았다. 가족들에게 미안했다.

Location was fine and the backyard

The smell at the room was strong and we need to buy a smell refreshing, the light of the entrance was automatic and it wasn’t able to turn off over night so I was difficult to sleep with that light
