従業員、特に女将さんの対応、サービスが非常にきめ細やかで、宿泊者の気持ちに立って対応して頂いた。 食事の質・味共に非常に満足できた。

まったく不満はかんじなかった。

The meals were amazing and the staff were fantastic. Very quiet area, but you won’t want to leave the resort anyway!

今までで最悪の温泉ホテル体験でした。部屋に手のひらサイズのクモが出現し、1時間以上スタッフが来ず、警察に行って事情を説明しました。深夜3時過ぎにやっとスタッフが来たものの、「殺虫剤で自分で退治して」と言われただけ。謝罪も部屋の変更もなく、「山や海が近いから普通」と言い訳ばかり。高額料金に対して衛生もサービスも最低レベル。二度と泊まりません。 One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. A spider as big as my hand appeared in the room. No staff responded for over an hour—we even had to go to the police station. Staff finally showed up after 3 AM and told us to kill it ourselves with insect spray. No apology, no room change, just excuses like “it’s normal because of the mountains and sea.” Terrible service for such an expensive hotel. Not clean, not safe, never again. 这是我住过最糟糕的一家温泉酒店。房间里出现了手掌大的蜘蛛，找工作人员一个多小时没人，最后去警察局备案。凌晨三点多才有人来，却只说“自己用杀虫剂杀掉”，没有道歉、没有换房，还说“附近有山有海，这很正常”。服务态度冷漠，退房时也没人帮忙或送我们。价格高、卫生差、不安全，绝不会再来。

食事がとても良かった、美味しかった。

ウッドテラスの床板が外れかけてたりして、 場合によっては危険だと思った。

接客が完璧でした。 かなり満喫できました。
