GBIt had good facilities. The shower was good and we had a nice enough room with AC and a fan.
It would’ve been nice to have fresh towels every day and more shower amenities like shampoo, conditioner and more small bars of soap as it just wasn’t enough for our 4 night stay. We also had an emergency situation where we had to get a taxi immediately to the train station which was difficult to get help with. I don’t know if this was because of a language barrier or just laziness of staff. Staff appeared to always be stood around waiting, not doing anything. Whilst me and my friend were stressing trying to get a taxi, instead of staff asking if they could be of assistance, 5 members of staff just ignored us and watched the tv behind us. I thought they were watching the cricket game but they were just watching CCTV with absolutely nothing happening so they may as well have been staring at a wall. It was very frustrating in that situation when we were desperate for help.

No water bottle in rooms, cockroaches were there in rooms. Very unhygienic
INThird class property. Staff demanded more money for checkin stating room which I booked was not available and they are giving me big room. Fact is I had booked triple bedroom, they were offering me triple bedroom. I dont understand why such properties like oyo rooms are there on booking.com. Why booking.com is compromising their reputation? I dont feel like using booking.com now.
