Rude staff they dont care you paid and you staying as guest they have concern of us gettinf disxounts from the booking app so they argue that we dint pay full amount so facilities wont be much nothing complimentary not even water in the room , room had smell sheets had hair on it and when i entered the hotel a guest was arguing and staff dint care and had rude replies they have 0 customer service untrained staff do not book this because its cheap its waste of money

The location of the property is not serviceable, if you book ola uber, no one will come to pick you up with in a time, then the hotels wifi was not working properly we had face a lot of problems, then the room given to us were not had windows or any source of ventilation facilities, there were cockroaches in the room, hotel didn’t provide complimentary water bottles, there were no glasses to drink water or no plates to eat
