"Pésimo servicio, no respetaron mi reserva"

La ubicación

Pésimo servicio, nos dieron una habitación diferente a la que reservamos. Pedimos cama extra grande y nos dieron una queen, para dos adultos y un bebé. No hubo cuna disponible, aunque la pedimos antes de ingresar y nos dijeron que se había, pero resulta que quienes se encargaban de armarla no estaban disponibles en el hotel. En recepción no nos solucionaron nada. En la noche al llegar nos dijeron que no había lugar en el estacionamiento y que dejáramos el auto en plena calle. Estuvimos más de 30 minutos esperando por servicio en el restaurante sin que nadie nos atendiera y nos fuimos. Negaron la corrección de la habitación. No se queden ahí, no vale la pena

El desayuno me pareció bien solo que pedí media taza de leche en vez de café para tomar un suplemento médico y mi esposo un pan tostado y me pareció caro fue el único incidente
