- insgesamt alles top - Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Angela - voll ausgerüstete Küche - bequeme Betten - Nähe zum Strand - Qualität Wifi - Unterkunftsambience mit 2 Pools (warm und kalt), Waschmaschiene, Picknickplatz/ Grillstelle, Boggiabahn - Umgebung (nicht im Hochhausviertel) - Rezeption mit langer Öffnungszeit - Sehenswürdigkeiten in Fussdistanz (Bonnet Hause, Hugh Taylor Birch State Park)

- Lautstärke AC und Kühlschrank, mit Ohrstöpsel aber ok - wenig Schallschutz (Nachbarn über uns und seltener Strassenlärm), mit Ohrstöpsel aber ok - Zimmerverdunkelung nachts: durch Aussenleuchten recht hell trotz guter "Vorhänge", aber kein Problem - Distanz (ohne Auto) zum nächsten Lebensmittelgeschäft/ Supermarkt

Easy access to the beach is the best part of this property. Staff is friendly.

Rooms are quite small. Bathroom and kitchen are in old condition.

This is a wonderful place to stay if you're on a budget but want to be walking distance from the beach. It's basic, budget-friendly and family-owned - everyone who works here is so kind and genuinely wants to make sure that you have a great stay. They do a wonderful job keeping the rooms clean, especially given the age of the building. The area around the hotel is fantastic as well - great coffee, smoothies, and a lovely little market with everything you need are just a block away.
