Location was great, room was very clean, staff was friendly and helpful.

Some paper towels in the room would have been helpful as ee had a full kitchen, would have been nice for wiping down things.

Location is perfect

We Floridians are lucky and proud that a few of these small vintage motels from the 1950s still exist. I hope they will get designated protection for historic interest. They exude a bygone era which is charming, uplifting, reassuring, relaxing! The guests, owners, and staff are great. And you can practically see the ocean waves from out front !

Loud AC; sound of vehicles reach the room

Bom hotel, boas piscinas, localização a duas quadras da praia. Staff gentil. Quarto amplo e cama confortável. Wifi excelente.

Deixei o hotel 1 hora antes porque houve troca de horário de verão na véspera e eu não sabia, só soube quando cheguei no aeroporto. Minha culpa.

Quiet, clean, and good location to plenty of restaurants and bars. Beach is 2 blocks away

Very close to the beach 500-1000 ft, close to restuarants in the neighborhood and resort restaurants on AIA. AC worked great and bathroom was clean and modern.

I stay here periodically. I like the vintage look of the motel and of this corner of the beach. The access to the beach and to Hugh Taylor Birch State Park is unbeatable. Shopping and dining a nearby; for example, I walked to Publix supermarket instead of driving. The owners are charming, as are the cleaning staff.

The cost of the room was a little high for this time of year. The AC is very loud.
