Clean comfortable room. Great roof top restaurant with awesome view. Friendly polite people.

Good location, quite central to McCleodGanj.

They struggled to find a room with single beds for us even though that's what we'd booked. They put us in a place that seemed to be just outside of the hotel, which was mostly fine but quite noisy from the street. The door then had a problem which locked us out of our room, and it took the staff more than 20 minutes to open it.

Room clean and bedding clean and comfortable Very cheap and good value for money. Opposite a very good restaurant the Tibetan Tea House who's WiFi was a boon.

Bathroom not very clean and toilet seat fell off. Reception a.mish mash of staff lounging in chairs but with no clear purpose. Reception furniture piled at one end maybe awaiting refurbishment. Noisy with dogs and traffic but any hotel in town would be the same. Long hard climb for an old man to get into town.also wouldn't be suitable for any less mobile people. I only ever got the hotels WiFi to work whilst stood in the lobby and had to rely on restaurant opposite.

Awful staff. Very rude/combative staff member. Owner was nice whom we met later on but the initial staff was extremely rude.

The view was wonderful, the owner was so nice he moved us to a better room, and that room was wonderful, we could see all the mountain, I fell in love with McLeod Ganj from that window. I deeply raccomend this place, was also the cleanest hotel I've found in India, with new bedsheets and hot water.
