Personne extrêmement serviable et aimable ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Ils ont su s’adapter à nos problèmes et nous apporter leur aide immédiatement.

Wifi un peu faible Sinon rien à redire !

鳥の声が聞こえる。 大浴場が狭いが風情がある。あまり他の人と一緒にならなかった。

食事が家庭料理をそれらしく盛り付けたような感じ。外国の人にはそれなりに見えるかもしれない。

I preferred to take the local bus, which stopped 60 meters from the hotel.

位置挺好的，小火车到早云山站往下坡走六七分钟就到了，房间干净宽敞，温泉也挺舒服的。

虽然包早餐和晚餐，但是品质实在一般，摆盘非常精致，但是食材感觉不是很新鲜，餐饮方便差强人意。

所有的工作人員以及櫃檯都很親切很貼心 餐食真的很好吃😋

Kind staff and great traditional kaiseki meals. Spa was comfortable. Location was good for the Hakone loop.

Not a whole lot of spa space. Some of the room furnishings are a bit dated.

食事も。お刺身も新鮮ですき焼きのお肉も甘くて柔らかくてとても美味しかったです。 お米も丁度良い炊き加減でした。 お風呂も翌朝すべすべで温まりました。 外国人スタッフも、丁寧な対応で、スタッフ皆さん笑顔でよかったです。

It was a traditional hotel, which is what we wanted. The staff were so friendly and welcoming, and trying traditional Japanese meals was amazing!!
