スタッフの方がみなさん感じの良い方でした。 チェックイン時は外国人の方が案内してくれましたが、流暢な日本語で不安感は一切なかったです。 自転車レースの前泊で利用したため食事は利用しませんでしたが、電子レンジがロビーにあって助かりました。 また、大浴場は17時過ぎに利用しましたが貸し切り状態で堪能できました。 入浴中に団体のお客さんが続々と到着してくるのが聞こえてきたので、大浴場は早い時間に利用すると楽しめると思います。客室のお風呂場と大浴場にはシャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープが設置されていて、大浴場の脱衣所には化粧水や乳液なども設置されていました。 事前にクチコミを見ていたので夜中の騒音などが心配でしたが、まったくそんなストレスはなく快適に過ごせました。

客室内のメンテナンス…というかおそらく建築当時のものかと思いますが、タイルカーペットのカットミスや巾木の浮き、クロスの補修跡が目立ちました。(私が建築関係の仕事をしているため気になったのかもしれませんが…) 水回りは若干水垢などが気にはなりましたが、許容範囲内です。 客室のシャワールームがツーハンドルの水栓なので、ストップボタンのあるシャワーヘッドだと助かるな、と思いました。 客室から景色はまったく楽しめませんが、山中湖までほんの数分歩けばいい景色が見られると思います。
