大浴場と露天風呂が良かった。 富士山は直接見られないものの、少し移動すれば素晴らしい景色が見られて良かった。

夕食は食べ放題でなくても良いのでゆっくり食べたかった。 部屋の洗面台の横に棚か台があると良かった。

"露天風呂の温度以外は満足でした。"

宿泊費が安かったです。

露天風呂の温度がぬるかったです。外の気温が-2℃でしたので、それの影響もあるかと思います。設定の温度をもう少し高くした方がいいと思います。

部屋が広くて居心地良かった

虫があったり色々なところでクモの巣があった。床も汚くて埃が多かった。温泉が暑すぎて入らなかった

Quartos muito amplos, cama confortável. Funcionários super atenciosos e prestativos, precisei de um cabo para carregar o celular eles emprestaram de imediato. Quartos quentinhos sem precisar ligar o ar condicionado para quem vai no inverno é muito aconchegante. Estacionamento bem amplo. Existe um bar no saguão do hotel muito bom e animado.
