清潔感抜群でした！スタッフも皆さんとても素晴らしい対応でした。

部屋の鏡がキズだらけだったのと、壁紙がシワになっていた。それ以外はパーフェクトだと思う。

チェックイン時(女性)の対応が気持ち良かった。 最初が気持ち良いと、後々まで良い気持になります。 ドアのカギが開かない時に部屋の前まで一緒に来て(男性)くれて対応してもらいました。 凄く助かりました。 内側のロックで暗証番号がエラーになっていました。

チェックアウトして駐車場の看板通り車に向かいましたが、近いのは第一駐車場で、私たちの停めた第二駐車場は遠回りになりました。 良くなかった点と言うより自分たちのミスでした 。代わりに周囲の散策ができて良かったです。

朝食が美味しかった。バスルームのシャワーでシャンプーした後の髪のサラサラ感がよかった。

室内の照明の明るさ調整が、明るいほうへもう少し調整出来るとよかった。
