フロントの受付の方が丁寧で好感が持てました。連泊したのですが駐車場がキープできるのは良いシステムでした。

エレベーターが一台だけで何回か満員で乗れないことがあった（3階に宿泊していたので）。網走の東横インは朝だけ外階段を開放していて便利だったので是非検討してもらいたい。

スタッフは丁寧で清潔感があった。

エアコンの風が酸っぱい感じがして臭かったのは残念だった。朝食のビュッフェがありきたりすぎてイマイチだった。大浴場は入替え制でなく男女それぞれ欲しい。
