I absolutely loved my stay. It is a beautiful location, the staff were so very friendly, my room was comfortable and clean. I felt so at home! Even when I arrived at 1am and needed a coffee and food after a lovely long sleep at 11am, the staff accommodated me. The hotel also helped me arrange a driver for a tour of Mombasa, which was just fantastic. I had the best time and would HIGHLY recommend Travellers.

The room was fantastic and accessible. The food options were good. And the team of Mike (Room) and Serefinah(Food) was just amazing!

The location is perfect. Its by the sandy beach providing a great expeeience to view the ocean and enjoy swimming, water sports and walks along the beach. The rooms, especially the block next to white sands are beautiful, The breakfast and dinner are elaborate. You stay full the whole day after breakfast. I particularly loved the fresh fruit section..with healthy shots The hotel was very responsive to complains

The first room we got checked in at the first hotel block was in the basement amd had swams of mosquitoes. The window and door latches in the bathroom qould benefit from some repairs.

THE FOOD WAS AMAZING

Very large. A lot to explore.

The service is outdated. They are very strict on shower and beach towels. Many hotels provide these towels unlimitedly.
