I generally like the experience in travellers.what made me happy most was the animation team. They did their job well enough.Ezekiel,Mustafa ,Janet and Lina did their job exceptionally well.i like what they did as they did their job really well. I like the hotel at large and I'm looking forward to coming back next time.

The Traveller Beach Hotel& Club is a really nice place to stay at for the holiday , TEKLA is a really nice and open person we started a really good friendship and she always makes sure that i have the best time during my holiday, shes really good with kids and makes sure that everyone feels welcome in the morning shes working training for the reception and after lunch she works at the Animation team she is really deticated.I will definitly come more often because it is a really nice place to stay and the people are really nice .

I had my best time in Travellers beach hotel, definitely coming back again!!! The recreation team was incredible, we were taken through by Ezekiel, amazing,amazing water aerobic coach!

The stay with family in these 5 days was good. Rooms very well maintained but we need face towels were not provided. We were in rooms 109 and 110. Your receptionist are good too. I had lost an item and I found it after enquiry. I received it from lost and found items everything intact. This was nice experience. Very good good reception indeed. Lastly I would highly commend the two waiters in Safina Restaurant specifically Mr. Hassan and Mr. Gilbert. They are very friendly smiled all the time they saw us and we felt loved and they honored us even by pulling the chairs for us wazee and also very quick in their services. They are good men. I also recognised a young lady with a beautiful smile called Judith a training. Also the guest relationship manager was excellent in her services. Excellent breakfast, great location-seafront, good entertainment, great security. we had a small technical problem with our television, problems solved and Bridget went out of her way to support us book a flight back to Nairobi after she overheard me saying I was having difficulties booking sgr train to Nairobi which was full. Polite and helpful staff with Bridget and Juma receiving our 5 star rating for their support.
