Had a nice stay, Tecla and Franciscah were best at their work and reception . Exceeded expectations

Everything was nice and I loved it. I met a wonderful lady called Tekla at the reception.

Our trip was cool ,we enjoyed spending time in this beautiful hotel ,the people are very helpful,meals are delicious and yummy . Tekla with a smile on her face and she is cool ,on the reception the first impression since day one of our check in .

we had a great time at travellers beach ,for swimming package was cool and we meet Tekla at the reception ,she was amazing , she is a vibe , the food was delicious and the ambiance is amazing 😍

Best service by the sea , everything is good and amazing ,kudoz to Tekla for the best job at kids club . She is intelligent around kids ,I had time to join the adults activities with no stress

The kind of racism and blatant preferential treatment happening at Travellers Beach Resort is deeply disturbing and completely unacceptable. From room allocations to dinner seating arrangements, the discrimination is hard to ignore. Is this apartheid in our own country? It is incredibly upsetting to watch waiters openly ignore Black guests — even after being called and acknowledged — only to rush over and prioritize serving white guests instead. When I called one out, there wasn’t even an apology, just a dismissive smile. This experience was humiliating and infuriating. I cannot in good conscience recommend this hotel to anyone.

Had a nice lunch at Pwan at Travellers hotel, helped by a lovely waiter called Grace. Professional service and good food, overall a good experience.

The food was awesome.. the sandwich..was served by grace at pwani bar..very friendly and professional..she went ahead and even warmed for me tea after I had taken it long..I will recommend others to cone
