It's very hot, there's not even air conditioning. The only good thing is the breakfast. The room is passable, but it's a weak hotel, I would never recommend it.

Albergo pulito, ottima Security, personale molto gentile, buona la cena e la colazione. Corretto il rapporto qualità prezzo.

The staff was absolutely wonderful, everyone was just so nice from the moment I entered the gates! The room was also perfect.

Eccessiva insistenza ad utilizzare i loro servizi a pagamento (es. Cena o lunchboxes), in una delle camere sembrava ci fosse un topo ma il personale ha risolto subito il problema, colazione non inclusa nel prezzo della stanza

We are regular customers of the Bomen Hotel as we always take the groups of the Tour Operator I work with there. They are wonderful people, they welcomed us like brothers and sisters with this phrase "You of ***** (they mentioned the Tour Operator) are our people" They have fabulous cuisine, you eat a lot and well, the location is excellent for visiting the reserves of Buffalo Springs and Samburu, which are wonderful and unmissable parks. The staff was attentive to our every need, from the lunch boxes always ready at the right time, to the cleaning, to our every need. Go to the Bomen Hotel with confidence because you will really have a great time! A big hug to Triza and all the wonderful staff that I hope to see again as soon as possible and certainly when I will return to Kenya alone or with a group, I will sleep with them again! I would only put the elevator to walk four floors it was not comfortable even if the staff always carries the bags and the luggages and therefore they still offer an impeccable service.
