Très grande chambre, très propre, calme, bien située, avec un balcon donnant sur des arbres. Le personnel est attentif et réactif. Le gardien de nuit est exceptionnel, très professionnel, très serviable et vraiment⁸ gentil et dévoué.

Отличное расположение, тихо, несмотря на то, что гостиница расположена в центре. Питаться нужно в круглосуточном кафе в 5 минутах ходьбы - Каганат. Это просто бомба

Berkana is always my first choice in Almaty. Rooms are comfortable, spotlessly clean and have everything one might need. The location is excellent. Friendly people make Berkana feel like I’m coming home. And the price is right.

"The room is bigger than expected"

All staff can speak English and they are friendly and helpful with calling Yandex taxi for us and providing great tour information. The building looks old from outside, but the rooms are well-maintained and the facilities are good. The shower had stable hot water every day. The location is great, the Cathedral and Bazaar are within walking distance.

I found no sockets by the bed, but an extension board was provided.
