Berkana Hotel

Good price and location.

English speaking staff, kept my luggage for free while I visited Bishkek, Kyrzgistsn.

Old facilities, molds in the shower area, dirty carpets. Location - away from major attractions. Services are ltd, daily cleaning is every other day, same with towels. Bottles of water only free on day 1

The room and bathroom were good sized, with a large bar fridge to keep drinks cold. The ladies at the desk had good English and were very helpful - booking taxis and even doing a small load of laundry for me.

Wifi was non-existent once I closed the room door. I brought a Wifi booster with me, plugged it in in the hallway just outside my door and it saved me. The bed was hard and I like soft so that wasn't great for me. The city is so big and spread out that it's a very long walk to everything.

The room is big and clean. Strong WIFI and good shower. Aircon is working well. Boiler, fridge,hair dryer and amenities are provided. The hotel staff, Anna is very attentive and helpful. She allowed us to check in earlier, besides, our luggages could be kept in the hotel after check out. Location is excellent. 24 hours supermarket is nearby. Can take bus 12 to Shimbulak mountain. ( KDZ 200/ way) Use ' In Drive' app in case ' Yantex Go' not working. Key in ' Grano restaurant ' as the location instead of Berkana hotel'. It is not accurately in In drive map.

No lift. However , the staff are very helpful to carry our luggages to first floor.

À proximité immédiate de l'ultra centre, dans une rue calme sans trop de circulation automobile. Lit double gigantesque, chambre spacieuse avec petit balcon, grande salle de bain. Bouilloire, frigo, un peu de vaisselle à disposition dans la chambre. Une personne est restée pour m'accueillir suite à mon arrivée tardive après minuit 🙏🏻 Possibilité de stocker son bagage.

Konumu çok iyi. Tesis çok temiz ve her gün oda bakımı yapılıyordu. Fiyat performans açısından tercih edilebilir.

Bazı odalarda rutubet kokusu olabiliyor ve taharet musluğu yok.

Great location. Staff speak English

It's really old facilities, bed and mattress sinked to the floor and it killed my back. The bed and mattress probably have been used for 15 years plus. Bedding is really old as well, won't recommend to anybody.
