В номере имеется чайник и фен, ванна со шторкой — это плюс. Но сам номер тесноват, а из-за плохой шумоизоляции тяжело отдыхать.

Также хотелось бы, чтобы администраторы на ресепшене владели казахским языком, так как сейчас они на нём не говорят.

​Отель нормальный, но тесноват. Удобно, что в номере предусмотрели чайник и фен. Ванная тоже порадовала — со шторкой, так что влажная и сухая зоны разделены.

Но учитывайте, что площадь номера маленькая.

Локация отеля это отдельный +. Общественный транспорт довезёт в любую точку Алматы. Завтрак просто сказка, обалденная манка, яичница, творожник, сытно и вкусно. На ресепшене, молодая, симпатичная девушка, подсказала как оформить номер на 2,5 суток. Итоговая цена обрадовала.

Maybe the location ia good. The price is quite cheap but you get what you pat for.

Room & Facility Conditions ​Accessibility: The entrance is not luggage-friendly. There is no ramp, meaning you have to carry large bags up the stairs yourself. The entrance door is also exceptionally narrow. ​Room Quality: My initial room on the second floor had a non-functioning AC. While staff initially insisted it worked, they did eventually transfer me to a different room after checking it. Unfortunately, the second room was untidy, had sticky floors, a dirty carpet, and rough, uncomfortable towels. It was also poorly lit with only one functioning light, and the windows were left wide open. ​Amenities: Basic amenities were missing. There was no electric kettle, no complimentary drinking water, and no bidet in the bathroom. Additionally, the flooring throughout the property felt unfinished. ​Noise & Atmosphere ​The overall ambiance of the hotel feels quite dated and neglected. Furthermore, the insulation is poor; when the restaurant has guests in the evening, the noise travels straight into the rooms, making it very difficult to sleep. ​Breakfast Experience ​The hotel does offer free breakfast, but the system is quite inconvenient. It operates on a strict coupon system from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. Instead of dining inside the hotel, guests must get a paper coupon, dress up to leave the building, and walk to a separate restaurant down the street. ​Conclusion: I considered canceling my booking to transfer elsewhere, but ultimately decided against it just to save time. I ended up spending most of my days outside the property rather than resting and relaxing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to improve their facilities and guest experience.

Отличное местоположение,рядом большой супермаркет, остановки городского транспорта, завтрак в кафе рядом, там можно и поужинать.

Чайник и микроволновка находились на третьем этаже, а я жила на втором, неудобно с кружкой кипятка идти на другой этаж
