Small plain room, which was clean

Clean room plus bathroom. Hot water for shower. Quiet area, only sound is of birds and owls at night.

In such cold weather , there was no option for hot water to make tea coffee in the room Also they advertised suite but it was just a studio. The Mountain View from the balcony is blocked too.

Perfect hotel. Inside the mountains and also close to the city. Not expensive at all. Comfortable room. Hospitable staff. Plus, amazing Falcon Show.

We absolutely loved staying here. It was quiet, out of the city and offered fun snow activities and hiking trails which we loved. It is right next to one of the national parks which is ideal. It also has a restaurant on location which is perfect.

We would have liked to have a kettle and cups in our room to make coffee/tea. But other than that the room is perfect for one night to stay over.

Only the falcons were around us!

Facilities are unexpected, there was no cup or glass to drink water, no shop to buy them either. Called them, nobody picked up or reply. Security guard at the main entrance is like a policemen. Rude behavior, wanted to stay for 2 nights but left next morning earlier, could not find even a Yandex taxi. Even there was no power supply to charge a phone...All these could be due to off season but its not like a usual place to stay with family and kids.
