Quiet, clean, staff are friendly.

Getting back up to the Vill after spending the day down at the beach.

Everything. It’s an amazing place with incredible views and unbelievable staff. Not only did they help me with some date modifications when I got injured and then stuck getting there (they absolutely did not have to do that) but were helpful every day. The place felt like I was walking around the pyramid - but it wasn’t filled with tons of rooms like a mega hotel but just terraces everywhere. My room had windows you could open to the view of Pitons and the sunset, like a postcard. They provided free water and even beer. I walked to the town and there is also a a view just a bit up the hill. If you don’t have the car the bus from Castries passes by and from town you can take the bus to VF. For me everything was ideal.

Absolutely nothing.

This property has a spetacular view of the Pitons and Soufriere! Its also very quiet and the room was very spacious. The property itself was also beautiful. The picture is a view from our room-it doesnt get any better than that!

Not so much the property but Soufriere itself doesnt have much to offer in terms of restaurants-really only 2 or 3.

The location was good.

There was no staff present to assist with anything during my stay. No fresh linen provided nor any housekeeping.

Beautiful location and view

This property is not functioning. It is empty and very run down. At some time it must have been a wonderful place and could be again but it requires a huge input of funds. We had booked two rooms for two nights but the air in only worked in one room so we didn’t take it but did not get charged. There was no contact phone number we could ring if we had any problems. We were the only guests and I think in the only habitable part of the building. The pool was closed which was very disappointing. We left after one night.

Lovely food for lunch. View is breathtaking overlooking the Pitons. Would highly recommend this venue for anyone fancying a quick bite to eat. Colourful artwork and painted walls. Staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. Breeze was also lovely

I could not be happier with the result of my visit of beautiful Soufrière. La Villa des Pitons absolutely did meet my expectations if not exceeded it, one of very few places where you can actually enjoy amazing view on pitons, Caribbean Sea and the prior capital city in the same time while staying in amazing countryside and hearing all the forest’s wildlife ( no snakes! miles around for those who are wondering - got this information proved by many locals live all their life, no spiders and not even many mosquitoes in villa :) Thanks of large place and very thoughtful architectural design is villa great for large groups who prefer to be sociable but also for couples who like their privacy. Colourful rooms and outside interiors combined with natural materials constantly reminded me that I was in caribbean country. Loved that amazing views from restaurant, lounge and all patios, fountain, pond with fish. Good pool and jacuzzi. Very quick to get down to the main beach approximately 10 mins by walk, way back up to 20 mins. ;) The villa was always clean, as well as my large two floors apartment. Everyone was very helpful, anything I ever needed was provided without any delays or questions. Promptly arranged my trips to countryside is something I was very grateful and amazing / unique places where to go recommended. I was solo traveller this time and I definitely felt safe and comfortable there during of all my stay. Beautiful mango tree with large mangos just opposite to the entrance staircase.🥭 Thank You all for providing such a lovely time and also thank you for your professional while friendly attitude. I had truly a great time. ☀️

The hotel is up a steep hill from the town but this gives incredible views of the Pitons. The room was a good size, had a fridge, glasses, plates and cutlery for basic self catering (no cooking facilities). The staff were welcoming and friendly and couldn't do enough to ensure we had everything we needed or book taxis.

This is a palatial hotel that is sadly a shadow of its former glory with most of it going unused. It is a restaurant providing large scale lunches for coach trippers to the area with just a few rooms being used for accommodation. This was not a problem for us and we enjoyed our stay but I don't feel this reality is reflected in the marketing of the property.
