Nice terrace in front of the room

The information given about the room facilities and details doesn’t meet the reality (e.g. pay extra for AC, no electric kettle, no refrigerator, no sea view, etc.). There were a lot of noises generated through the main door, the usage of utilities rooms and speaking loudly through the owner.

"Bad experience."

We didn’t like it at all.

We ordered one room, but got another one, because they said that someone ordered the same room same time like us, just by phone call. It was very, very warm in the room and in the bathroom felt like in sauna. Compared with other hotels rooms just with a fan, m during our trip in Sri Lanka, this one was the most worst what we had. The kitchen was super messy and not clean at all. Staff wasn't friendly. The first thing what they asked is to pay and come to them bar, they didn't show nothing around, didn't mention that they will lock gates at the night and don’t explain how we come back. Because we couldn't go in and needed to find ourselves how to enter a property, when we was back after dinner. They have a cat which each time if you sit outside jump on your knees, so it was impossible to enjoy morning coffee.
