Location is good and the room is big enough

Beg bugs on my very first night, no compensation and I have to pay for the cleaning of my clothes. Not recommended at all. No cleaning during the week while it’s an hotel.

The first impression was good, with large, nice rooms, and the person I was in contact with provided shampoo/conditioner since I was out. However, the help didn't last long...

I went to shower as the first thing I did after getting assigned the room. When I was showering, a large worm emerged from the drain. Additionally, I noticed several black pests/insects moving on the bed. We immediately requested a new room, and it felt safer due to the positive reviews. After two nights at the hotel, it became evident that we had bedbugs originating from this place. There were two of us in the same room who had been sleeping separately until our stay here. When we brought this issue up with the manager, we weren't understood, and they began cleaning the floor and changing the bedding. Although they offered to change the bedding or provide a new room, this wouldn't eliminate the bedbugs. They refused to take responsibility and insisted that we pay for laundry ourselves, despite their beds being the source of the bedbugs. The manager became frustrated and somewhat aggressive, prompting us to feel safer checking out a day early. We were forced to pay for the entire stay, including laundry, even though it was clearly the hotel's fault. Additionally, the door to the room functioned poorly, requiring force to both lock and unlock it, which felt unsafe at night. I would advise others to disregard positive reviews and avoid this hotel.

Nice big rooms with a/c and wifi. Would probably stay again.

Didn’t feel 100% clean. Weird layout of property our room backed straight onto a kitchen/dining room area. We could hear everything going on outside.

We loved everything about our stay here! Dilshan and his team are so kind and welcoming, we ended up extending our stay. I can 100% recommend this place!

Excellent location, super close to Mariott, Kurumba Bay, Kai Beach, W15, Nomad Cafe and most importantly Weligama Main Beach. Great staff, Dilshan and team take care of all the needs and are very hands on, kind and helpful. Clean tidy rooms and bathrooms. Can request for daily servicing on demand.

Everything! Great location, close to many restaurants, groceries and atm. The staff are amazing and the room is clean and new. Would definitely come back :)
