Mi Playa Galapagos Beachfront Apartments

Fantastic location, ocean front. It’s spacious. Beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. Someone was waiting for us when we arrived. Host responsive and aways willing to assist. Wifi worked well. We would stay there again! It is our favourite place we stayed in the Galapagos so far.

We had a few bumps but nothing that prevented us from really enjoying our stay + the host was responsive. I think when visiting the Galapagos, you need to be realistic about your expectations and be patient. Resources are limited, it’s not perfect but who cares, you are in the Galapagos!

Nothing really remarkable to say, as European I would only have preferred an Italian espresso machine instead of the American one but it’s a matter of taste, everything was simply perfect

Aircondition is needed, but makes loud noises.

Wow, talk about privacy plus feeling like you are at the end of the road, with nothing for thousands of miles! The world and all of its problems are not going to intrude as long as you’re here! This spacious luxury home with the private palm trees to shield you in comfort. Samy and friends can help plan meals, also book many different tours on this island where you can see semi-active volcanoes, snorkeling was phenomenal with all the wildlife in the sea, plus on land. Do yourself a favor and stay for as long as you can! The world can wait for your return…

Great location, right on the beach. Very spacious for a family of 4. Large kitchen and pots and pans for cooking which we did not.

The property is poorly maintained. The worst was the drain in the shower which drained so slowly that we took showers standing in a water puddle 2" deep by the end of the shower. The lock on the front door has rusted. Our bathroom door did not lock at all. No railings in the stairs. Unsafe and unsuitable for people with small children. The property would be much more attractive if small repairs were done.

Breakfast was really amazing, they deliver meals right to the suits in the morning at comfortable time. The place itself is very cozy and we liked the ocean waves murmuring all the day and night long. The view is super classy. As a bonus there's a perfect work place right ahead the suit with a great table made of natural wood. All conveniences/venues/groceries are close to the place.

The door lock is an actual ass hurt. Should be fixed.
