food in the breakfast buffet has very little variation and one cannot order other food

I didn' like the ff: 1. The hotel is under renovation but never mentioned in their posts. 2. Due to #1, dusts on the floor are everywhere. 3. Due to #1, we used the stairs from 3rd floor to 6th floor. Well, i won't really mind if we have had no two (2) full luggages with us (28"=23kgs and 20"=15kgs) to carry and other small bags. Imagine the difficulty? 4. If only i can cancel and get a full refund of my money for 2 rooms, i would have done so and spend it to another hotel. This is not to whine, however, other guests should be aware of. On a positive note, although it's simple, breakfast was ok (a Filipino breakfast). By the way, my review is based on the time we stayed @ the property. I know that when the renovation will be completed, i would still highly recommend this hotel.
