The staff was friendly, breakfast was included in the price.

The elevator, pool, and jacuzzi were all under repairs, so I had no use of the pool and the jacuzzi and limited use of the elevator. Also, I did not like it that there wasn't a safe in my room.

The staff were helpful when we were unhappy with our room and enabled us to upgrade to a better one (at our expense). Live piano music at the restaurant during dinner was lovely.

Restaurant food was very average. No double beds, only twin rooms. The cheapest rooms overlook the street and are very noisy and need refurbishment.
