"Poor"

Have been in bigger bathrooms compared to the room we stayed in. Very little sleep as beds were very uncomfortable . Bottled water was provided by no means to boil it. Most hotels now provide a kettle. Lots of renovations happening only found out the day before when the email came through. I'm sure they can do better when work is completed but all of this should be on the website to give patrons a proper choice.

"Could have been better"

"We liked this hotel a lot before the renovation thing." Reception: Quick check-in by Joyce. (Unfortunately, courtesy wasn't given by the GE even though I mentioned during the reservation about the previous stay mishaps) Luggage assistance was offered, the bellman was friendly as well. Room: It was nice at first but mishaps happened which I informed them upon checkout for the next guests to be happy. We paid 4k/night but I think it's a little bit pricey for our experience. WiFi: Unreliable connection, keep on restarting almost every minute. Breakfast: You have to collect your breakfast voucher at Reception, "RY" greatest us handed the breakfast voucher. We proceeded to the dining area. "Mariz" took our orders and "Mark" served our food. They were nice. Breakfast was okay but not great. I think due to the low occupancy they offered a set menu only instead of buffet. Check out: "Ems" and "Ry" were friendly, I informed them about the mishaps so the next guest won't encounter it. Upon leaving, the bellman was friendly and helpful, he assisted us in finding out transportation. ***Please note that the hotel is still under construction. Lifts are functional until the 3rd floor. During the booking it wasn't mentioned but they will message you about it. If you're on a flight you'll definitely miss reading it.

"Just very disappointing and would not recommend"

Location and staff

Everything I asked for the answer was no. No pool, no gym, no second key. Restaurant was right outside the construction so very noisy. The room very old looking.

"Very disappointing. When I booked online, there was no heads-up regarding the ongoing repairs."

Breakfast

Our rooms were on the fourth floor and not accessible by elevator. The elevator would go up to the third floor only because repair work in some areas of the hotel was ongoing. Because of my slipped disc, I have difficulty climbing stairs. It was agonizing for me to climb the stairs from the third floor to the fourth floor were our rooms were located. We were told they were the only available rooms at that time. Moreover, the air conditioners in our rooms were not in good condition, that is, not working when we checked in and so we called the front desk and a repairman came to repair them. Then in the middle of the night the air conditioner in one of our two rooms stopped working. We had to call the front desk again to have it repaired once more. The repairman came and after repairing it told us that in the event that it would stop working again, we should ask the front desk for a room change. I remember that exactly a year ago, that is, in September of 2022, we checked in and stayed for two nights in the same hotel. It was a very uncomfortable stay because major repair works were going on. There was noise caused by the repair work and to reach our rooms we had to make detours through dusty stairways and areas. Precisely because of the hotel's excellent location, we booked again for our stay this time, thinking that the repairs were finished and the place beautiful and comfortable. We were disappointed.

Room service provided me with hot water and ice promptly when requested

The part of the building I was in was under renovation. The air conditioning is extremely noisy and not possible to sleep with it on. Fridge didn't work Wifi didn't work, I had to ask for a different option The door was very stiff and the key code was difficult to use.
