The Metrocentre Hotel exceeded y expectations. The staff was always friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to shops. Enjoyed my stay in Bohol. Great location too. The staff was amazing and the breakfast was delicious. The hotel was very affordable for that it offered.

The room was spacious and well appointed

We had to pay to upgrade to the new wing with the spacious rooms. First room we were offered smelled of Smoke And had ants on the bed Made aware that the gym was opened by request. Gym was hot and was in a construction site with very old equipment.

Very well located. Breakfast is okay,

Location,Breakfast,and Cleanliness

Avoid the room close to the road. The noise from the tricycle/vehicle was nonstop.

Location, close to everything.

Amenities- no facial tissues, no hair dryer, no safe and the aircon was located at the bottom instead of being at the top. The gym was located in 7th floor and it looks haunted because the glass wasn’t cleaned and it looked like it hasn’t been touched for years. Food option for breakfast was limited. Rice + 3 dishes. Limited toppings for omelettes or scrambled eggs. When I asked for black tea I had to wait 15-20 mins and when I finally approached the waiter he said they didn’t have black tea but he showed me a box of Lipton tea. So I grabbed an English breakfast tea and I told him that was it.
