The hotel is run by a lovely couple who clearly take pride in what they do. They make sure everything is well-organised and in place, creating a welcoming atmosphere. It’s in a great location, close to the beaches, and as a nice bonus, the hotel provides a free sun lounger on the beach for guests. A thoughtful touch that made our stay even more enjoyable.

During our stay, I was disappointed by the lack of visible pool maintenance. I didn’t see anyone cleaning the swimming pool, and there was no noticeable smell of chlorine — which is usually expected in facilities like this. It raised concerns about hygiene and water quality, especially in a shared environment.

The hotel is situated in the more quite part of Lignano so they borrow bikes for free whenever you need, which is convenient to get quickly to the beach or town centre. Breakfast was very tasty (good selection of both sweet and savory). The room was clean (even though there was a weird smell when we first arrived to the room). The staff is great, very helpful and hospitable. Overall I would recommend this hotel.

The wifi was very slow and the connection was not stable.

La qualità della colazione è bassa nonostante ci sia una buona scelta di alimenti. Il materasso è molto rigido. Il cuscino molto basso. Non c'è il bidet in bagno.
