"Amazing Service and comfortable stay"

After a crazy day of flight cancellations we ended up in Munich from Gothenburg missing our connecting flight to Romania. We had to arrange somewhere to stay overnight at short notice. We managed to get the last room at Park Residence. However we were unsure that we would make the last check in at 00:00. We rang the hotel and the owner was very kind and reassured us (in impeccable English I might add), that it was ok to come late as the room was ready. It was a very comfortable stay, and a well needed rest. The owner was kind to help us book a taxi back to the airport for the following day and handled our stress with kindness and calm! I couldn't be more thankful for the help as the trip started off very stressful. Plus with 2 kids and a baby in tow, didn't make it easier. Unfortunately we didn't stay for the breakfast buffet, but I'm sure it is wonderful as well. Thank you very much Park Residence for the help and comfort. Good luck in the future.
