Park Residence

Room was clean and tidy Breakfast was ok Staff was open-minded and ready to help. We were welcome at the late hour when we managed to get to the location. In the next morning, I could not have gotten a cab without their help and connections. (It was snowing big time and all public transport was cancelled) if you are reading this - thanks again! It was very kind of you and much appreciated.

Really nice staff, who went above and beyond to help us. We got into our room early and the host helped me get in, as I was carrying my sleeping daughter. All in all just really nice people.

We had to stay overnight in Germany because we missed our connecting flight and it was total chaos in Munich. We booked a room at 23 when the latest check in time is at 23:30 so we called immediately to secure we could check in even late and the owner was super nice and told us not too worry that he will be there to meet us when we come. The room was really clean and nice and the breakfast good and abundant. On the next day my wife had an issue and needed to visit a doctor that was organized in no time. She was also driven to and back from the doctor‘s location. I would be pleased to reccomend Park Residence to anyone. Great place with a fantastic service.

Size of the room on two levels. Breakfast was very good.

Nice apartment, clean and near to Munich city by car. Good value for money. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Car Parking available.

Location was 900 m from the U bahn and as such not an issue . Some very good value for money restaurants in the are and from a business perspective a much better option than staying in an overpriced hotel in the city center.
