Una visita muy hermosa la calidad del servicio excelente los desayunos muy buenos y el cuarto cómodo,Alezandro excelente servicio en el bar, Elisa enseguida muy Bien para lavar ropa de viajero

Es muy importante que expliquen a sus huéspedes que la parada del camión está exactamente enfrente del alojamiento nosotros nos bajamos una parada antes y fue muy pesado subir caminando

- Escolhemos o Il Canneto pelo mesmo ser literalmente em frente ao ponto de ônibus, o que facilitou bastante a mobilidade tanto para conhecermos positano quanto as cidades próximas - Recepcionista Bárbara foi extremamente prestativa, nos avisando de antemão o que deveríamos fazer ao chegarmos pelo Porto de positano, caso ela não tivesse nos avisado, teríamos subido mais de 600 degraus com duas malas de 23kg. Além disso, nos ajudou muito com a reserva do transfer para a estação de Nápoles na nossa saída. E também nos orientou quanto ao serviço de transporte de bagagens, já que o hotel tem escadas até chegar ao quarto, então já recebemos as bagagem na porta do quarto, sem precisar fazer esforço. - Vista linda da Costa de Positano

- Muitos lances de escadas até chegar ao quarto que fomos acomodadas - Apesar de ter a opção de não incluir o café da manhã, o frigobar do quarto não cabe duas garrafas de água, muito menos alimentos. - Banheiro antigo, sem apoio dentro do box de banho para por produtos de higiene (shampoo, condicionador e sabonete)

スタッフの方が親切で、お部屋からの眺めがよかったです。また部屋の内装が可愛かったです。 ホテルの入り口に売店があり、軽食、ドリンク、バスチケットが売っており便利でした。 中心地から少し離れていますが承知の上でした、バス停も近いので不便はなかったです。 中心地から離れているので静かでよかったです。 行きは下りなので景色を楽しみながら20分散歩しました。 周りの相場と比べてもコスパ良く泊まれたと思います。 良い滞在でしたありがとうございました。

シャワー室の扉が完璧に閉まらず少し外に水が漏れてしまいました、そして少しだけカビっぽかったです、それ以外は最高でした。

Das Zimmer war klein, aber völlig in Ordnung. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Der Ortskern fußläufig in 20 Minute zu erreichen. Direkt vor dem Haus ist die Bushaltestelle und ein kleiner Parkplatz. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Servie auf den Zimmern ist sehr gut. Wir wurden mehrfach mit kleinen Aufmerksamkeiten bedacht. Das Frühstücksangebot ist vielfältig. Auch wenn man nicht das Buffet wählt, bekommt man großzügige Portionen.

Es wäre gut, wenn die Parkmöglichkeiten über Booking.com bekannt gegeben würden.

La limpieza

We loved this accommodation from start to finish, an absolute gem of Positano and a highly recommend. The views are straight down the centre of the valley and in the daytime you can see all the comings and goings, at night time you can see the harbour lit up. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, the room was lovely and spacious and it was a great location, with the bus stops (and our public shuttle going back to the airport) literally right outside the door. 11 out of 10 for location, a nice 15 / 20 minutes stroll down the hillside into Positano, and you can walk back if you're feeling it (which we did every time) or get the public internal bus back for something like €1.50 (which we didn't get but saw frequently). The bar serves croissants from 7am, coffees, fresh juices etc, so for us there is no need to pay €25 for breakfast per day (croissant €2 freshly squeezed orange €4 just to give you an idea!). The daily cleaning standard was excellent too. We said it was a once and done for us on the Amalfi Coast, but we liked it so much here that if we ever came back, we would come back here in a heartbeat! Unfortunately I can't recall his name, but the younger lad on the bar was possibly the friendliest person we met in Italy - shout-out to him!

The only minor points we would comment on (just to give balance!) are that the shower in our room was fine, but not amazing. The bathroom was huge but the shower cubicle wasn't, and we've just had better showers in other accommodations. More than fine but not spectacular. The view from our balcony over the Amalfi Coast was spectacular, but directly underneath was an overgrown garden area we thought could have been tidied up. The cleaners didn't replace the small bottles of shower gel, shampoo etc during our stay which we thought could have been stocked up, however we didn't approach and ask for more and I'm sure the staff would have been happy to provide extra.

Excelente atención, sobre todo de Alessandro quien nos atendió con mucha amabilidad, super cómodas instalaciones, y muy servicial todo el personal, la mejor vista de Positano y desde balcón propio

Precioso , comodo limpio y el personal muy amable, también tienen un pequeño negocio con cosas para comer y beber , venden boletos para el bus y te explican todo perfectamente. Volveré

The most stunning views, beautiful yet quiet and peaceful. Got to see more of the locals of Positano. Manager/staff were extremely helpful when it came to directions on how to get there and how to get into town.

AC was confusing to work.
