"Beautiful hotel, fun down golf facilities"

Reception, Hotel decor, breakfast, pool, gym were all excellent. Most of the staff was also very good except for a few (for example in the Club Lounge) didn’t want to be bothered.

The biggest negative were the golf facilities, they are very old and tired. No water on the course or food cart. Golf carts, golf ball cleaners, club house, range all need upgrading to reach the level of the hotel and the reputation of the resort. The west course is awful, bad design and condition.

Overall experience was fantastic. Excellent facilities and friendly staff. Breakfast was first class!

Difficult to pick anything out. Only slight issue was the room telephone wasn't working correctly, but soon resolved.
