Struttura moderna e accogliente, stanze pulitissime, tutto è curato nei dettagli e ben organizzato. Lo staff è professionale, disponibile ed estremamente cortese, sempre pronto ad assecondare qualsiasi richiesta. Ottimi i servizi offerti (piscina, affitto bici, spa ecc..). La qualità e la quantità del cibo offerto durante i pasti è eccellente.

Un suggerimento: seppur apprezzatissima la possibilità di usufruire della lavatrice/asciugatrice, sarebbe ottimale, in considerazione del grande numero di ospiti, implementare il numero di lavatrici ed asciugatrici presenti in struttura, oppure offrire la prenotazione di uno slot orario per la lavanderia. Purtroppo abbiamo dovuto aspettare quasi 2 giorni per trovare gli elettrodomestici liberi, facendo diversi tentativi ad orari diversi.

Great restaurant and excellent spa facilities although quite a lot of naked men…. Excellent car service to get you to the slopes in the morning

If you book to either arrive or leave on a Saturday booking.com and the hotel should make it absolutely clear well in advance that the tunnel between Livigno and Switzerland is one way only between certain times on a Saturday
