The hotel facilities, staff, food, service were excellent, and the bonus was we got a free room upgrade The soa facilities are on a par with luxury spas and well-needed after a long day on the slopes. The hotel even offered a free bus service to the various ski slopes. Can't fault it.

Nothing! I almost don't want to tell others about this place so that it doesn't get too popular

Spa was great, breakfast was very nice also. Overall lovely hotel, great stay. Ski lockers were heated and a free ski shuttle although we would just walk to the motolino each morning.

Only one socket in the bedroom would take European adapter plugs, all others only took native European plugs

"Fantastic hotel in beautiful location"

Beautiful location, modern facilities but still very comfortable. The staff were all so friendly and helpful, they really made you feel at home and the food was plentiful and delicious. The spa was fantastic, such a treat at theme of a long day skiing. One of our favourite ever hotels because it felt luxurious but homely.
