INThis is a genuine review as I have got Miss guided with the previous review...this is worst worst work... infinity hotel for good family...all staffs are rudely talked.. misbehave.. without any family like amenity.... kindly close..shutt down this hotel...as it is horrible

INAll personnel were friendly and helpful.
The room could be cleaner. The corners were full of dust, meaning it wasn't a thorough job done. We feel the lower level staff are not heeding the supervisors/reception. The wifi in our part of the hotel was not working, and it wasn't fixed until we checked out. Perhaps it's not been fixed even now. The receptionists said they made this known to the management much earlier, but it appears they did not bother. I told the receptionists that such small jobs must be taken up at their level, for the management has better things to do. But then the receptionists told me they are not authorized to get such things done, a pity, but definitely a blunder on part of the management. There is no key/ card to open any room. To get the door open to any room, the receptionist has to get the master electronic card and open the room every time. I travel quite a bit, and I haven't seen this way of getting a room open anywhere in the world. Locating the premises was very hard. The location map showed many locations, and none of the auto drivers nor any of the people we asked knew where Ratan Khand or Sarada Nagar was. Took close to two hours for the auto rickshaw (+Rs.300/- ) from the Railway Station to locate the hotel, as we had to ask scores of people to get there. We were never provided with the hotel phone no.The hotel management must definitely take care of this aspect by at least sending a message to the client beforehand by informing them about their phone no. and land marks, if any.

Nothing. We were not allowed to stay as we were not Indian. I have never felt more mortified in all my life. Re read their policies and foreigners are not allowed to stay. This is wrong on so many levels. If a foreigner came to my home country this would NOT be acceptable, so clearly it’s not reciprocal. DO NOT book if you’re not Indian. They should not be allowed to list on booking.com, a global platform. It’s mind blowing. Good luck even to locals, the place was a dump.
