INMajor issue was front desk. Definitely hotel owner needs to replace front desk boys with decent people (ideally from hospitality industry) at least they know the value of customer feedback and will help customers to meet their basic requirement like water bottle and hot water arrangement.
Stubborn and rude behaviour from front desk.
DEThe location was great
The hotel room was old and smelly, having no WiFi coverage at room. It was flooded with mosquitoes and we got zero sleep at night. The hotel staff were immature and unsupportive. I will never ever stay again at this property and also recommend everyone to not get lured with the online pictures. The property is extreme filthy and full of mosquitoes.
INLocation is brilliant, and safe.
Management staff, they were rude and scary. Banged gate in midnight and asked for payment. Even when I showed them that the booking is already extended on booking.com
INSpacious, clam, house keeping team and location was good , better connective for all location in Lucknow like Airport, Lucknow markets , historical places etc. via uber rides but no public transport around there .
There should be focus on cleaness, ambience have green plants , lightings , flooring , matters needs to change more hygenic & new ,stair side area very ugly, lift need repair and maintenance cleaness Pls add Footmet on door & bathroom, toiletries, shower gel , bath soap , oil , comb , shampoo , washroom freshness air gel , room freshness etc.

INVery satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), I would highly recommend it and, in my humble opinion, I would give it 10/10.
INRoom was spacious and clean and the bed was extremely comfortable.
FRlike to visit this place again in future stay was too good. staff was very polite and helpful.
